This foyer entry way was re-floored, painted and trimmed in colours to create warmth throughout the home.

The formal lounge area flooring was re-stripped and carpeted with plush new coverings to compliment the new space. A custom fireplace frame was built to house a new remote controlled GAS fireplace. All gas works, frames and finishes included. While we were there, the added hidden wiring for the TV were put in place. Finally dressed with a beautiful custom marble mantel piece.

In this room, we built out the wall in order to accomodate for the gas fire place with custom marble mantel-piece as well as run all the cabling and electrical required for the TV through the wall. The added custom shelving alongside the feature is a nice finish to this grand feature wall.

This bathroom is located directly opposite the garage and laundry making it a ideal to get cleaned up before stepping foot in the house. This bathroom features a frameless showerscreen, built in niche in the shower wall with LED lights, 2in1 shower, wall hung vanity and heated towel rails for the added luxury.

This laundry / Mud Room features Custom Shaker Door profile cabinetry, brushed aluminium handles, 4 step cornicing,  spotted concrete look tiles.

Featuring Abey tapware butlers sink, Caesar Stone Frosty Carina 40mm stone top, Custom shake profile cabinetry and spotted concrete look tiles throughout. Our clients knew what they wanted and boy were they on the mark.
