A small extension to the existing footprint to the house, along with a complete refurbishment was the scope at this project we completed in Carlingford.

Our Clients had a wonderful vision for what they wanted to achieve design and colour palette wise and were a delight to work with on this one.

The beautiful kitchen is the new heart of the home and showcases a beautiful satin Polyurethane finish combined with Polytec Angora Oak. Pocket doors conceal a super functional breakfast station with integrated led lighting. The curved island and end or the kitchen add to its wonderful organic feel.

Beautiful new Lift and Slide doors open up the back of the new great room and bring the outside in, bathing the room in natural light.
A bigger brighter laundry was added on, following the kitchen in terms of colour palette, boasting integrated hampers and a generous linen cupboard.

All of the bathrooms were transformed with Walk in showers, large format stone look tiles and gunmetal tap ware. Radius, curved shower screens complimented the mirrors and curve of the bathtub.

A new keyless entry door was installed and painted with a beautiful pop of colour to welcome the family home every day. Other updates like new internal doors with hardware and a beautiful bright wall paint colour have brought this home up to date and a pleasure to be in.
