Initial site visit to gather details of the scope of your project requirements
A detailed assessment of your scope and requirements prepared for your preliminary proposal
Project related plans and documents prepared along with a fixed price contract
Signing of your contract and issue of Home Owners Warranty Certificate prior to commencement
